Antonio Daloisio, Master Pastry Chef recognized by the Italian Masters Confectioners Academy, today head of the company, he inherited the important experience of previous generations to propose himself with passion in the Apulian pastry sector.
Every creation is based on the rediscovery of ancient aromas and flavors, preciousness with which new recipes and innovative interpretations are created. In 2015 Antonio won the first edition of the Rai 2 TV show "Il più grande pasticcere".
