Vision and Mission

Puglia in Food is a consortium made up of Apulian companies.
The territory of belonging, among the most renowned for the tradition of agri-food and catering culture, is the common thread that links the activities of the same consortium members, as some of them produce typical Apulian products and others are configured as territorial entrepreneurs active on a national and international scale.
The Consortium helps to create a deep synergy between these realities and to promote sustainable development through institutional and public actions.
The union, sanctioned by the recognition of the brand Puglia in Food as synonymous with high quality, aims to realize innovative actions for the commercial and productive development of the individual consortium members.


The Consortium is an organ broker for the economic and social empowerment through the creation of outdoor activities and the definition of common objectives constantly updated.
The partners are supported in participation in fairs and events, in order to optimize the promotion and creation of useful contacts. Furthermore, coordination is essential for any access to economic facilities.
Internal partnerships ensure advanced access to the national and international market.
The consortium members improve their skills in favor of a heterogeneous knowledge of the reference sectors and, moreover, they value their services or products being in constant interaction and in mutual support.
The Consortium, through a defined marketing strategy, aims to enhance the image of individual companies and at the same time create a strong common identity.
